A quarter of young Africans believe USAID cuts could be positive, survey finds

A new survey found that many young Africans think US aid cuts could be good. They think losing foreign money will make African leaders solve their own problems. Many young people in Ghana, Nigeria, and Liberia are optimistic about this.
