Full school day cell phone bans are more popular than ever

A new survey shows that many Americans support banning cell phones in schools. Seventy-seven percent of US adults support banning cell phones in middle and high school classes. Forty-eight percent support banning them for the whole school day. This is the first time more Americans have supported this idea than opposed it.
