The downgrade comes ahead of Bank of Montreal ’s investor day. The bank last held an all-bank investor day on October 24, 2018, and a smaller investor event on September 30, 2020. The upcoming event will be the first investor day since the acquisition of Bank of the West and the first for recently appointed CFO Rahul Nalgirkar. Presentations are expected from CEO Daryl White, the CFO, heads of major business lines, the Chief Risk Officer, and discussions on AI implementation.
