The owners of London’s Battersea Power Station have held talks with potential buyers about the sale of undeveloped plots of land at the heart of a dispute over valuations. The talks, which were taking place before the dispute was first reported by the FT , formed part of a process to sell a stake in the site’s flagship building, according to people familiar with the matter. The main power station building opened in 2022 and includes an upscale shopping centre and Apple’s UK headquarters. But the wider 42-acre site is only half-finished, with 2,200 homes, 150 shops and restaurants and about 800,000 sq ft of office space built so far. Some potential buyers asked about acquiring the entire site, which also includes apartments and the plots of land that are still to be developed, the people said.
