ECD Automotive Design, Inc. (NASDAQ:ECDA) disclosed Monday that on March 24, its parent company exercised its right to purchase additional senior secured convertible notes with an original principal amount of $395,859.66 for a purchase price of $360,326.85. The notes mature on December 12, 2026, unless converted or redeemed earlier, with the maturity date subject to extension under certain circumstances.
