Unlock premium chipmaker and AI insights with InvestingPro The cloud-native payments processor is closing its Series B round as it approaches one billion transactions handled annually, up from just 180 per day a little over two years ago. The new investment was led by Munich’s Picus Capital, joined by Rabo Investments – Corporate Venturing and existing backers Inkef, GPT, Crane and Coatue. The European-led round will power Silverflow’s rapid scaling, from global expansion to a more than 50% increase in headcount, taking the company from 85 to roughly 120 employees. The company’s customer traction now spans Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, including institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Bolt, Payabl. and Buckaroo. The firm’s processing growth, now nearing 1.75 million daily transactions, has underscored both accelerated adoption and the resilience of its architecture. The capital will also support deeper product development, including adding networks like China UnionPay and JCB and rolling out new tools to make its data-rich APIs more accessible. Expansion in North America and Southeast Asia is also expected to accelerate.
