The Swiss airport operator’s 2025 EBITDA came in 0.4% above analyst consensus, driven by its aviation segment. Net income beat forecasts by 3.1%, leading to a dividend that came in 3% ahead of expectations. Free cash flow reached negative CHF28 million, below the CHF54 million consensus, due to higher capital expenditure. For 2026, Flughafen Zurich expects EBITDA to remain stable compared to 2025. The company guided for passenger traffic to exceed 33 million, implying growth of 2% to 3% year-over-year. Aviation revenues are expected to be stable, while non-aviation revenues are forecast to be higher. Commercial revenues are projected to remain stable, real estate revenues slightly higher, and international revenues higher due to the opening of Noida airport.
