              SAN JOSE, Calif. - H2O America (NASDAQ:HTO) priced an underwritten public offering of 11,484,824 shares of common stock at $53.00 per share, according to a press release statement issued today. The stock currently trades at $54.41, giving the company a market capitalization of approximately $1.97 billion.
