At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index fell 1.69%. The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Agro Yasa Lestari PT Tbk (JK: AYLS ), which rose 32.12% or 53.00 points to trade at 218.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Tunas Alfin Tbk (JK: TALF ) added 25.00% or 150.00 points to end at 750.00 and Sunson Textile Manufacturer (JK: SSTM ) was up 24.80% or 155.00 points to 780.00 in late trade. The worst performers of the session were Rockfields Property Indonesia Pt (JK: ROCK ), which fell 15.00% or 450.00 points to trade at 2,550.00 at the close. Indospring Tbk (JK: INDS ) declined 14.90% or 76.00 points to end at 434.00 and Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk (JK: ICON ) was down 14.86% or 22.00 points to 126.00. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 437 to 282 and 142 ended unchanged. Crude oil for May delivery was up 3.81% or 3.44 to $93.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 3.35% or 3.26 to hit $100.52 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 2.63% or 120.78 to trade at $4,464.72 a troy ounce. USD/IDR was up 0.46% to 16,897.70, while AUD/IDR fell 0.23% to 11,716.77. The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 99.49.
