The veteran filmmaker is confirmed to headline CinemaCon ’s annual Creative Community luncheon. Set to take place in Caesars Palace’s Octavius Ballroom on April 16, the chat will be moderated by Matt Belloni, host of The Town and Puck News and former editor of The Hollywood Reporter . The annual luncheon is held on the final day of convention, and Favreau conveniently will already be in the building as the appearance comes just ahead of the Walt Disney Studios CinemaCon presentation at 2:30 p.m., during which he will present his upcoming Disney title Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu starring Pedro Pascal . Past participants at the lunch, sponsored this year by Fathom Entertainment and D-BOX Technologies, have included Glen Powell, Colman Domingo, Josh Brolin, Edgar Wright, Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio, Elizabeth Banks, Jerry Bruckheimer, Patty Jenkins and Jon M.
