(NASDAQ:ADBE) to $315 from $340 while maintaining an Outperform rating. Adobe reported first-quarter revenue of $6.40 billion, above the Street’s $6.28 billion forecast. Total Annual Recurring Revenue grew 10.9% year-over-year in constant currency, in line to slightly below the Street’s estimate of approximately 11% constant currency growth. The company’s gross profit margin stands at an impressive 89.4%, underscoring its pricing power and operational efficiency. Adobe announced that CEO Shantanu Narayen will transition from the role and remain as chair after a successor is appointed. Management reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance, including its 10.2% Total ARR growth target. Mizuho noted Adobe is now monetizing its Generative AI innovations despite tough competition and ongoing macro uncertainty. The firm believes Adobe can deliver on its fiscal 2026 growth targets.
