Neil Sedaka , who wrote and sang on nine Top 10 hits including chart-toppers “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do,” “Laughter in the Rain” and “Bad Blood” and penned the 1975 smash “Love Will Keep Us Together,” has died. He was 86.
