Olaplex officially unveiled No.3PLUS ($34), the next evolution of the original treatment that helped put the company (and the entire bond-building category ) on the map. The new formula promises a faster, more advanced repair experience. Like the original No.3, No.3PLUS is designed as a pre-shampoo treatment, so it’s meant to be applied before you wash your hair. But instead of sitting on your strands for 10 or 20 minutes like a traditional mask, the updated formula works in just three minutes. According to Olaplex, the treatment is designed to repair hair damage from the inside out, strengthen strands and help prevent future breakage over time.
