Planned Parenthood Is Expanding Its Offerings, Including Botox Appointments The new offerings come as federal budget cuts pressure clinics to adapt. Leiana Foye Published: Mar 5, 2026 Michael B. Thomas/Getty Images There’s a new place you can go for your neurotoxin appointments : Planned Parenthood. An unexpected source for injectables, Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, which has locations across mid-California and northern Nevada, announced that it will begin offering services including neurotoxin injections, IV drips and, per The Wall Street Journal , fillers and laser hair removal . Though demand for aesthetic services has surged in recent years—with many more med spas popping up—Planned Parenthood isn’t the first place you’d think to visit for injectables. Anyone who has received aesthetic treatments knows how quickly costs can add up, so Planned Parenthood’s lower pricing model aligns with its long-standing mission to keep health care affordable and accessible, though the clinics historically focused on sexual health care before this expansion. With so many med spas opening—the market is projected to grow to more than $78 billion b...
