              BOCA RATON, Fla. - REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ:ALOY) announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,702,702 shares of common stock at $18.50 per share. The offering price represents a discount to the stock’s current trading price of $21.69. The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 396,963 shares.
