Group organic revenue growth for the full year came in at 2.6%, slightly above consensus of 2.3%. Adjusted operating profit rose 5.4% to $1.07 billion, with margin expanding to 15.5%. Free cash flow jumped 24.5% to $615 million, with conversion of 98% exceeding company guidance. Net debt to adjusted EBITDA fell to 2.6 times from 2.9 times. "2025 has been a year of encouraging progress with improving performance through the second half, after the strategic initiatives we implemented from Q1 2025," said outgoing chief executive Andy Ransom in a statement. North America full-year adjusted operating margin rose 30 basis points to 17.4%.
