The Hollywood Reporter and Bvlgari Celebrate Distinguished Costume Designers and This Year’s Oscar Nominees

Carter , Malgosia Turzanska , Kate Hawley , Deborah L. Scott ( Avatar: Fire and Ash ) and Miyako Bellizzi ( Marty Supreme ).
