(NYSE:TRGP) with a buy rating and set a price target of $279.00, the firm said Monday. The stock currently trades at $240.04, representing potential upside of 16% to the analyst’s target. The price target represents a 50/50 weighting of the firm’s sum-of-the-parts and discounted cash flow valuation approach. Truist described Targa Resources as the preeminent Permian gathering and processing provider benefitting from relationships with some of the largest exploration and production operators in the Permian basin. The firm expects the company to deliver peer-leading EBITDA growth. Truist also projects significantly expanding free cash flow in 2027 and beyond.
