Jake Schreier is working on the X-Men film reboot and has revealed that Beef creator Lee Sung Jin and The Bear showrunner Joanna Calo are working on a script for the Marvel movie. In a new interview, the Thunderbolts* director said that the X-Men movie was still in the “developing” stage, telling Collider , Lee Sung Jin and Joanna Calo “have come in and are working on a draft right now, which is really exciting to be able to put that group of people together again.” Schreier has worked with Lee Sung Jin and Joanna Calo on Beef, and they both wrote for Thunderbolts* . The X-Men reboot would reunite the trio in another Marvel film, which is expected to be released sometime after Avengers: Secret Wars .
