A ground stop was temporarily issued by the Federal Aviation Administration just for the airline.</p><p>“Systems are coming back online now and flights are departing again,” the company said on social media. “We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”</p><p>At O’Hare Airport, more than 1,000 flights had been canceled in the last 24 hours — with nearly 600 facing more than 45 minutes of delays — while 267 had been canceled. At Midway, 222 flights were delayed, the majority of which being less than half an hour, with 13 total cancellations.<br></p>
