The report
<p>A 14-year-old boy was hospitalized after suffering multiple gunshot wounds early Sunday, police said.</p><p>The boy was in the 5500 block of West Van Buren Street at about 1:23 a.m. when he was shot.</p><p>Police said the boy took himself to Loretto Hospital, where Chicago Fire personnel transferred him to Stroger Hospital. The boy was listed in fair condition, police said.</p><p>Area Four Detectives are investigating.</p>
