<p>Chicago police released pictures of a car wanted in a Northwest Side hit-and-run that seriously injured a motorcyclist earlier this month. </p><p>The vehicle was described as a 2006 Toyota Camry with an Illinois license plate of FX39822, Chicago police said. </p><p>Around midnight July 8, a motorcyclist was traveling southbound through the intersection of Addison Street and Pulaski Road, when they collided with the Camry as it was turning left, police said. </p><p>The motorcyclist suffered "serious" injuries and is still receiving treatment, officials said. </p><p>Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Major Accident Investigation Unit at 312-745-4521 or submit a tip at CPDTIP.com using reference RD #JK324680. <br></p>
