A poll of NFL coaches, executives and scouts conducted by ESPN ranked the Bears’ Caleb Williams as the 10th-best quarterback in the NFL. He finished one spot behind the Lions’ Jared Goff and two ahead of rival Jordan Love in the poll, which was released Monday morning.Williams barely edged out Sam Darnold, the Seahawks’ Super Bowl-winning quarterback, as well as Love and the Commanders’ Jayden Daniels.More than 70 voters submitted a ballot to ESPN.
