The private sale closed July 14.</p><p>Prior to the sale, the building was owned by Onrio Management Corp. As of Tuesday, the management firm was still advertising the building as for sale on <a class="Link" href="https://www.onriomanagement.com/our-space" target="_blank" >its website</a>, pitching 226 W.
