<p>A man died after coming in contact with the electrified third rail on the Blue Line tracks early Thursday in the O'Hare neighborhood on the Northwest Side. </p><p>The 67-year-old man was found unresponsive on the tracks around 3 a.m. in the 5800 block of North Cumberland, near the Cumberland CTA stop along the highway, Chicago police said. </p><p>He was pronounced dead on the way to Resurrection Medical Center, police said.
