Controversial “manosphere” influencers Andrew Tate, 39, and his brother Tristan, 38, were arrested by US Marshals at a bare-knuckle boxing event in Miami on July 18 and are being held in secure housing in federal detention. The brothers are fighting extradition to the UK, where they face a combined total of 59 criminal charges there, including rape, sex trafficking and offenses related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. The charges have “put a target on their back for them to get stabbed, jumped, murdered,” their lawyer Joe McBride told reporters after a scheduling hearing in court Monday.
