Ukrainian anti-graft authorities detain ex-minister in major case

Ryabikin, who served as Economy Minister from 2021 to 2022, is the highest-ranking official to be detained in this particular investigation, which has been ongoing for over a year. If convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison under Ukrainian anti-corruption laws.
