The stock plunged 35.9% over the past week to $9.63, contributing to a 47% decline year-to-date. The firm suspended its financial model for the company after speaking with management and several investors. Investors expressed disappointment in the company’s response on Tuesday and the lack of direct communication, which management attributed to being in a quiet period.
