‘True Lies’ Stars Arnold Schwarzenegger & Jamie Lee Curtis Join California Hall Of Fame

Governor Gavin Newsom announced the California Hall of Fame's Class of 2026 today, inducting Hollywood icon and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger alongside his 'True Lies' co-star Jamie Lee Curtis in a ceremony this month to honor distinguished individuals who have made significant contributions to the state. The diverse group of inductees includes Olympic gold medalists Carl Lewis and Janet Evans, celebrity chef Nobuyuki 'Nobu' Matsuhisa, and 'Waiting to Exhale' author Terry McMillan. Schwarzenegger, who served as California's 38th governor from 2003 to 2011, will be reunited with Curtis thirty-two years after their collaboration in the 1994 action-comedy film. The California Hall of Fame, established by Schwarzenegger in 2006, recognizes individuals who exemplify the state's innovative spirit across various sectors including arts, sports, business, and public service. The induction ceremony will take place at the California Museum in Sacramento, where the honorees will be formally recognized for their achievements and enduring impact on California's cultural landscape.
