Although the devil is returning for another serving of Prada, one character might have been too evil for an invitation to the sequel. Adrian Grenier recently discussed not being asked to return for The Devil Wears Prada 2 after playing Andy Sachs’ (Anne Hathaway) chef boyfriend Nate in the 2006 feature adaptation of Lauren Weisberger’s novel. “We’re all fans of the movie, whether or not we’re in it,” Grenier explained to Page Six . “Obviously, it was a disappointment that I didn’t get the call to be in the sequel, but I also understand there’s some backlash with Nate, the character, so that might have something to do with it.
