Russia’s Africa Corps killed Mali civilians in air strike: HRW

Human Rights Watch says a Russian-linked airstrike killed civilians in central Mali. The strike happened last month and caused the deaths of eight people. Russian paramilitaries are working with Malian forces against jihadist groups.
