Bombing in Colombia injures 11, days before presidential inauguration

A bomb exploded in Colombia, injuring 11 people. The attack happened just days before the country's presidential inauguration. President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella condemned the bombing and said terrorism will not intimidate Colombia.
