Trump backtracks from promise to let Ukraine build Patriot missiles

Donald Trump said he will not let Ukraine build its own Patriot missiles. He said giving the technology to make them is a hard thing to give away. He made the comment during a cabinet meeting at Camp David. This means Ukraine will have to rely on the United States for these missiles instead of producing them itself.
