Iraq and Turkey strike a 1-year oil pipeline deal to boost exports during ongoing Hormuz closures

Iraq and Turkey have signed a one-year agreement to move Iraqi crude oil through a pipeline to Turkey's Ceyhan port. The deal aims to increase Iraq's oil exports while the Strait of Hormuz faces frequent closures. The pipeline will carry oil from northern Iraq to the Mediterranean Sea.
