Senator targets alleged China-linked Singham network in fiery floor speech

Senator Jim Banks spoke on the Senate floor on Wednesday. He accused Neville Roy Singham, an American tech entrepreneur living in Shanghai, of running a China‑linked nonprofit network. Banks said the network funnels money to anti‑ICE, anti‑Israel and pro‑Iran protests. He called the activity political warfare against the United States.
