According to a CDC report, many American children consume caffeine each day. On average, they get about 19.4 milligrams, which is roughly two‑thirds of the caffeine in a can of Coke. Nearly two‑thirds of kids aged 2 to 19 have caffeine in their diet. The report also examines how caffeine might affect their health.
