Rocket Report: New launch rule may limit environmental regulations, Falcon 9 to hit Moon

Rocket Lab and SpaceX each received military contracts for their Electron and Falcon 9 rockets. This was reported in Edition 9.05 of the Rocket Report newsletter. The newsletter says there will be no issue next week because the editor is traveling and a colleague is taking time off.
