Liberal court stuns with ruling that hands Trump major immigration win

A liberal-led federal appeals court overturned lower court rulings that had stopped the Trump administration from ending Temporary Protected Status for migrants from Ethiopia and South Sudan. The First Circuit Court of Appeals said the district judges had no authority to block the terminations. As a result, the administration can now move forward with ending TPS for those two countries. Temporary Protected Status lets people live and work in the U.S. temporarily when their home countries face wa
