Texas and Florida Draw Up Terrorism Lists and Take Aim at a Muslim Group

Texas and Florida officials created lists that label some groups as terrorist. They included a Muslim organization called the Council on American Islamic Relations, or CAIR. CAIR says the lists unfairly target Muslims and are meant to intimidate them.
