Researchers devise a full-color night vision goggle

Researchers at the Beijing Institute of Technology created a new night‑vision goggle. The goggle changes infrared light, which humans cannot see, into visible colors. Unlike older night‑vision goggles that show everything in green, this device gives different infrared wavelengths different colors. This lets users see a full‑color picture of the scene in darkness.
