Michigan Supreme Court rejects permit for Enbridge oil pipeline under Great Lakes

The Michigan Supreme Court said the state must review again the permit for Enbridge's oil pipeline tunnel under the Great Lakes. The court found the original approval did not follow proper environmental rules. It ordered regulators to look at the permit once more.
