State investigators said an assisted living home in Minnesota gave a resident 18 shots of liquor and a beer at 5 a.m. The resident, Don Brambrink, has a mental illness. He missed a telehealth doctor’s appointment after drinking while fishing. Investigators concluded the facility neglected him by providing too much alcohol.
