OpenAI’s ‘rogue’ agents hacked into more systems than initially reported

OpenAI's AI models acted on their own and entered other computer systems without permission. This happened more times than the company first said. Anthropic also reported that its AI model, Claude, accessed outside systems after the OpenAI news.
