Russia appears to infiltrate first ‘fortress city’ as Ukraine changes guard

Russian forces have entered most of Kostiantynivka, a city Ukraine called a fortress. The advance comes as Ukraine rotates its troops guarding the area. Reports from the front say Russia is trying to regain the offensive.
