Taco Bell is selling a Mexican pizza for $1 and other items without lettuce. The chain hopes these deals will bring back customers after a food‑borne illness outbreak. The outbreak was caused by Cyclospora parasites found in shredded iceberg lettuce from a supplier in Mexico. Health officials say the lettuce came from Taylor Farms and was linked to cases starting in May.
