Flash flooding destroys structures, submerges roads in Northeast US
Heavy rain caused flash floods in parts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Wednesday. The floods destroyed buildings and covered roads with water. More than 10 million people were under flood alerts across the region. Some areas received almost a foot of rain in less than a day. Videos show the rushing water and damage, with some clips having no sound.
