UN expert flags human rights concerns over Cambodia after talks with PM in Phnom Penh

A United Nations expert on human rights visited Cambodia and met with the Prime Minister in Phnom Penh. The expert said he is worried about people who have been forced to leave their homes. He also warned about criminal groups using the internet to traffic people. He noted that some Cambodians are in jail just for speaking their opinions.
