Cooper holds 9-point lead in North Carolina Senate race: Fox News poll
Roy Cooper, the former governor of North Carolina, leads his Republican challenger Michael Whatley by nine points in a new Fox News poll. The poll shows 53% of voters support Cooper and 44% support Whatley. Fox News also found that more Democrats than Republicans say they are very interested and motivated to vote in the upcoming election.
