SEC Announces Continuation of Small Business Advisory Committee Meeting

The Securities and Exchange Commission said the Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee will meet again. The meeting was first held on July 21, 2026 and will continue on August 6, 2026 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. It will be held online and can be watched on SEC.gov. The committee will discuss ways to make it easier for small companies to sell shares and get money from public markets.
