2 boys, both 15, shot in Calumet Heights

Two 15‑year‑old boys were shot outside on South Merrill Avenue in Calumet Heights late Wednesday. One boy was hit in the arm and the other in the leg during an argument that turned physical. Both were taken to hospitals and are in good condition. In a separate incident early Thursday, a 17‑year‑old boy was fatally shot on South Oglesby Avenue in South Chicago.
